RJB77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player, arising from any cause and under any theory of liability, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

RJB77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons not related to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to standard AML checks.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting RJB77 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
